Summary: The front desk agent was rude and don’t speak English very well I ask for a early check in I waited 3 hours before she let bc she had a very bad attitude she said there hotel don’t offer early check in but they advertised it online and I was sent an email that said they offer early check in. There was black mold in the bathroom
